A native of Alberta, Jeff has been a resident of the Parksville/Qualicum Beach area since 1980. Jeff has witnessed the substantial growth of the area for more than 25 years. Jeff has been a licensed Associate Broker since 1986. Acknowledging Real Estate as a profession, Jeff has continuously taken related Real Estate courses. Jeff obtained his Brokerage License 9.15 from the University of British Columbia in 1991 and more recently was awarded the designation of Certified Real Estate Specialist from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. To provide the best possible service to his clients and vendors Jeff is regularily upgrading his expertise in Real Estate through continued education.

Jeff does not utilize a personal assistant or a team of salaried employees in his Real Estate business. Rather, he prefers to be in direct, one-on-one contact with his clients and buyers at all times, allowing him to deal with each client personally and individually.

Jeff specializes in the marketing of residential properties, includeing investment or revenue properties. This requires working flexible hours, 7 days a week, to suit the client's schedule and needs.
